Eine autonome Mobilfunkzelle wird aufgeschalten, Telefonnummern werden

vergeben = Gratistelefonieren für wenige Stunden im Dock18.
Eingeladene Gäste geben Auskunft. Telefone läuten im Raum, Gäste
sprechen miteinander, Fragen werden gestellt, der Raum verdichtet sich
zu einer Vielzahl von lokalen Gesprächen, lauschen und belauscht
werden, Experten und Zuhörer tauchen in die Hintergrundgeräusche ein.
Eine gewisse Betriebsamkeit herrscht. Alle Gespräche werden
mitgeschnitten, und im Laufe des Abends nach unbestimmten Mustern
hörbar. Gesprächsfetzen hängen im Raum, Gespräche werden kurzfristig
unterbrochen. Die Funkzelle verschwindet wie sie aufgetaucht ist in
der Unerreichbarkeit.
